About the Opportunity:
We’re thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity with one of our key clients in the waste management sector. They are currently looking for Casual Offsiders to join their team immediately! This role offers early morning shifts from Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate of $41.09. Shifts start between 3 AM and 5 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial waste collection.
- Run behind vehicles to collect and load waste items.
- Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) while promptly reporting and addressing any hazardous situations.
- Liaise with operations regarding job changes related to customer and resident needs.
- Follow all reasonable instructions from operations, including special requests and additional pickups.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience in the waste industry or a similar field (desired).
- Reliable transport.
- Physical fitness, with the ability to run/walk 15-20 km per day.
- Capability to lift 25-30 kg for heavy lifting tasks.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
