    The Role

    As the Warehouse Office Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining a general point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Whilst also ensuring orders are provided to the warehouse for efficient and accurate despatch to customers.

    Your duties will include:

    • Providing a high level of customer service to customers and stakeholders
    • Daily communication with multiple delivery contractors
    • Answering customer and client queries regarding products
    • Updating customer details in the system
    • Take ownership of your work by fully investigating and following up complex enquiries regarding stock, orders, ETA’s and backorders
    • Managing stock levels of products

    About You

    • Previous Warehouse, Warehousing, Coordinator, Administration, Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Fulfillment or Order Processing experience
    • Warm and friendly communication style
    • High attention to detail
