Randstad partners work with a range of Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics organisations within Melbourne’s Western suburbs and we are looking for strong candidates who would be looking to work on short term or long term assignments and who are available immediately for work

You will need to care about the details and will go above and beyond to deliver results. You love to be busy, always and pride yourself on using your initiative

Your main responsibilities:

  • Attending to customer enquiries - phone and email
  • Liase with third party transport providers
  • Booking freight
  • Data entry - accurate and fast
  • Following up on transport schedules - Ensuring delivery times are met
  • Preparing invoices
  • Liasing & communicating with warehouse staff
  • Office All-rounder
  • Filing, scanning & copying

You will be required to have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience working as a Warehouse Administrator/Coordinator
  • SAP experienced
  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
