job description

Randstad Recruitment is currently looking for several candidates with logistic backgrounds for well-known clients based around Perth. Multiple roles are available.

Key Duties:

  • Assisting with payroll & payroll related queries
  • Processing Clock in/out times
  • Processing VIMS
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Raising pre-approvals and Purchase Orders
  • Ordering stock & uniforms
  • Updating employee folders
  • Updating Documents and ensuring all documents are current on systems
  • Providing support to Supervisors & the Warehouse Manager
  • Other Administrative duties

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous Administration & Payroll experience
  • Previous experience working within a warehousing environment (desired)
  • Previous experience using SAP (desired)
  • Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal
  • Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
  • Must be able to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks, with effective time management
