Randstad is on the lookout for an IT Voice Analyst for an immediate start. As the Voice Analyst, you will be responsible to deliver and support all technical voice services to the client. You will provide day to day administrative support and project deliverables for all voice related applications within the organization as well as present technical and administrative consultation to business for all voice related infrastructure application.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day to day support / administrative operations in an efficient time frame (On-call support duties), whilst providing a high level of customer service to the business for all voice platforms within the organization.
  • Knowledge and experience on the majority of platforms will be required - AVAYA CM, CMS, ECHI, AAM, AAC, SM, AEP, POM, AIC,AES, OneX Comm/Agent, VHT, Aspect eWFM, Verint Call recording, legacy qmc wallboards. Mobile platforms MDM Airwatch, smart device fleet management.
  • Have a high level of technical knowledge, understanding and proven experience of working within a converged secured network.
  • Building working relationships with external/internal IT, Application and Business teams. (This also may involve providing technical consultation and training services to the business as required)
  • Cost control platform maintenance ensuring data accuracy. Answer queries on cost to managers. Documentation of any voice infrastructure related process as required
  • Complete all project tasks and deliverables as required by the voice operations manager (documentation of all tasks as required) Project management experience would be desirable.
  • Be responsible for all voice systems to ensure compliance to Change Management and Governance.
  • Manage carrier and vendors for service delivery and support.

The key skills and attributes are:

  • Proven track record of working within an IT voice environment
  • Knowledge & experience of AVAYA CM, CMS, AAM, AAC, SM, AEP, POM, AIC,AES, OneX Comm/Agent, VHT, Aspect eWFM, Verint Call recording, legacy qmc wallboards. (Knowledge and experience on the majority of platforms will be required)
  • Knowledge & experience of MDM and smart device fleet management platforms as well as Windows/Linux OS server environments
  • Knowledge & experience of IP Network LAN, WAN, Firewall and Web application infrastructure
  • Ability to handle pressure and perform all duties with professionalism
  • High skill level of MS excel/access and knowledge of SQL
