Your New Company

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join one of Australia’s largest Utilities companies located in Sydney CBD. This well known and rapidly growing organisation is seeking an experienced Vendor Coordinator to join their team for a fixed term and potentially ongoing position.

Your New Role

As a Vendor Coordinator, you will provide direct assistance to clients regarding the sourcing, management and effective delivery of individual service needs .You will be responsible for providing end to end delivery efficiency throughout the client journey, while providing top-tier customer service and resolving any issues within a fast-paced team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive service coordination and scheduling for new job requests
  • Liaise directly with service technicians regarding new and existing job requests
  • Provide a high level of customer service and attend to customer complaints professionally
  • Negotiate contracts, evaluate quotes and assess capabilities
  • Provide service updates and act as first point of contact for all client queries

About You

  • Previous experience as a Vendor Coordinator, Project Manager or Service Coordinator is essential
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working within the utilities industry would be a bonus but not essential!
