Situated in the heart of Launceston CBD and a short 10 minute drive to the iconic Gorge and University of Tasmania stadium, this is a rare opportunity for an experienced RPV or CPV qualified Valuer to join the Launceston team. Today, they have over 30,000 staff serving 9,000,000 customers at more than 900 locations in Australia, New Zealand and around the world.



Reporting to the Valuation Manager / State Director, this key role will undertake a broad range of internal residential and commercial property valuations. These will be completed in accordance with the companies Valuations standards and agreed procedures, and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).



Your new role:

  • Actively improve property understanding of the business
  • Drive and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Managing workload together with peers and Lead Valuer for optimal efficiency
  • Achievement of turnaround time and key milestones
  • Actively share local property knowledge with banking colleagues through discussions and presentations from time to time



About you:

  • Membership of the Australian Property Institute, or Registration as a Licensed Valuer
