    Your New Company

    Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced trust associate to join their national team for the role of Trust Associate. In your role you will manage a panel of lower complexity clients, within a Pod of trust and Estate Managers in Melbourne, balancing needs across some or all of the Trusts, Estate and Lifestyle Assist enquiries.

    Your New Role
    Day to day activities:

    • Build a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of clients, ensuring that client needs are effectively managed.
    • Monitor and manage the book of accounts and ensure compliance.
    • Provide timely and effective correspondence with clients.
    • Manage workload and service milestones to achieve timely and quality outcomes.
    • Achieve referrals and retention opportunities through active client management and engagement.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve business processes and procedures, service delivery and client experiences.

    What you will bring to the team

    • Minimum 2 years experience in Trustee, Financial services or legal environment.
    • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a Financial Services environment.
    • Excellent attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
