Join our Natural Areas team as a Tree Lopper and Arborist! We're looking for a skilled individual to assist with bushland maintenance, fire management, and natural area restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bushland maintenance, rehabilitation, fire management, and prescribed burn preparation.
• Maintain tracks, trails, and fire access lines; use equipment for weed and erosion control.
• Supervise team activities, including volunteers and trainees, in various environments.
• Respond to customer service requests and provide advice to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with WH&S regulations and safe work practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in tree lopping, bushland maintenance, and natural area restoration.
• Bushland firefighting qualifications (Level 1) preferred, or willingness to obtain (self-funded).
• Knowledge of fire management strategies and WH&S policies.
• Strong communication skills and computer competency, including GIS.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in remote locations.
