This client is Australia's leading transport carrier that specialises in time sensitive food transport, storage and distribution nationally. They are an end to end logistics solutions company.

It is the responsibility of the Line Haul Allocator to ensure all time restricted deliveries and pick ups are satisfied at the requested time frames, to report and notify of any missed deliveries or malfunctions to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

Some of the responsibilities include

  • Ensure all deliveries are planned in full on the expected due date and time
  • Ensure all pick ups are completed in full on the expected due date and time
  • Ensure all freight is delivered in the correct temperature zone
  • Ensure all delivery misses and malfunctions are communicated prior to the error occurring
  • Ensure all reporting functions including but not limited to the open report and missed delivery report are completed on a daily basis and advertised to all parties
  • Comply with all FMS practices, including but not limited to manifesting, con noting, debriefing, adding DMR’s, note input.
  • Complete daily inspections of site and equipment
  • Comply with all OH&S requirements as directed by standard operating procedures
  • Comply with all HACCP requirements
  • Serving both internal and external customers to an exemplary standard
  • Other ad hoc duties
