Our client is a large, well-known transport company that is currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join the team.
Monday to Friday flexible start times (6am, 7am, 8am) based in Laverton.
Onsite interviews commencing immediately for the right person
You will be responsible for
- Manifesting driver paperwork
- Receive & Dispatch
- Updating orders (pallets, confirming customer details etc)
- Scanning documents
- Raising Pallet dockets in 2IC
- Liaising with drivers both local and line haul
- Adhoc duties
- Booking in customer freight with DC
- Problem solving of warehousing and delivery issues
- Assisting stock control
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have
- 2-3 years experience in fleet control/transport administration
- SAP & Kronos experience preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and self motivated
- High standard of work
