job description

The Role

  • Coordinate truck bookings, included but not limited to answering a large number of telephone bookings and entering the booking into the electronic booking calendar
  • Answering incoming calls and directing calls to the appropriate person
  • General Administrative duties including data entry
  • Other duties so directed by the Manager

About You

  • Attention to detail and high accuracy level
  • Have excellent organisational and initiative skills
  • Sound knowledge of all Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Publisher, Power-Point and Outlook;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work in a close team environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Have the ability to work within Policy and Procedures
