About you
You have a current driver's license and the capacity for regular travel. A proven history of experience with cabinet making trade is essential, ideally 5 years or more of industry experience and up to date Cert III level qualifications in cabinet making, joinery or furniture making. You are computer savvy with Microsoft Office and can complete administration and reporting requirements with minimal assistance. Previous experience in training or mentoring apprentices will be highly regarded. You are willing to obtain or already have a current Working With Children Check and Police Check.

Your new role
As the outgoing Workplace Trainer, you will keep your Trainees and Apprentices engaged in their learning while delivering professional training. You will provide feedback and contribute to the development and improvement of training with your team. The majority of your working week will be spent travelling out to sites to visit apprentices and clients as you establish ongoing and authentic relationships as their trusted advisor and furnishing industry expert across Sydney.
