About the Role
The client is seeking a passionate, skilled, and driven Trade and Consumer Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing activities from concept design through to delivery. The Trade and Consumer Marketing Specialist will lead several projects, ensuring that the client's commercial objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to align marketing efforts with the client's overall commercial goals.
- Support the localization and rollout of global assets and platforms to the local market, ensuring consistent messaging across all key marketing touchpoints.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of monthly marketing campaigns, including report preparation, insights, and recommendations aligned with the client's commercial strategy.
- Organize and manage B2B and B2C marketing events, handling logistics, printing, merchandise production, and other supporting materials.
- Oversee in-store POS, display, and merchandising activities.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures, product catalogs, presentation decks, and promotional materials for various stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Work with external agencies to deliver key projects, including events, creative, POS, and social media campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to drive the client's business growth and expansion.
- Occasional interstate travel may be required.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a marketing specialist (experience in the tyre/automotive industry is a plus but not essential).
- A strong collaborative mindset with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects within agreed budgets and deadlines.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to follow through and follow up.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a global team and adapt to an international corporate culture.
