Full time temporary opportunity to work for a top four bank within their private health insurance division providing sales and service support on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries
  • Provide detailed product information
  • Upsell and cross sell services
  • Assist with the preparation and issuing of quotations
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete for client applications
  • Prepare customers credit applications for approvals
  • Respond to client email enqueries
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in an inbound or outbound sales phone based position is essential
  • Previous experience in financial services or insurance
  • Strong sales support processing experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
