Company Overview

Due to business growth multiple opportunities exist to join a top four bank across the anti-fraud services division on a 6 month contract with the view to be ongoing / made permanent. These roles will see you handling inbound calls from customers in relation to potential fraudulent activity, carrying out basic investigations. The roles are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls from existing customers in relation fraudulent activity on their accounts
  • Identify customers and analyse risks
  • Conduct follow requirements as required
  • Assist and provide relevant information for investigation processes when required
  • Work within company SLA’s
  • Support and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a phone based role
  • Experience in fraud or legal will be will be highly regarded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Monday – Friday between 8am - 8pm with no restrictions
