About our client:

Based in Brisbane’s inner suburbs, our client is a large multinational business who are an industry leader in their field.

About the role:

Reporting into the Project manager and working as part of a small and experienced project team, this is a unique opportunity for a payroll professional with experience in rostering to work on the delivery of a new time & attendance system rollout. In this role you will be able to utilise your exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to provide training to members of the business at all levels. Your key duties will include:

  • Develop and maintain training materials
  • Run face-to-face and virtual training sessions
  • Run reports in the time & attendance system
  • Provide technical support over the phone and in person when required
  • Work closely with multiple departments including payroll and HR to ensure accurate set-up of the time and attendance system and award profiles
  • Assist in identifying issues with the system and suggest improvements
  • Work closely with external vendors on system configuration setup and changes and data migration

About you:

In addition to having payroll knowledge in particular with time & attendance systems, you have an analytical approach to your work with exceptional problem solving skills. You also have:

  • Experience in the planning and delivery of training
  • Recent experience with a rostering system
  • Knowledge of award interpretation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
