Randstad Technologies is partnering with one of their long standing not-for-profit clients to successfully identify a seasoned Test Manager who will be accountable for managing the testing function of a banking system upgrade they are currently undertaking on their Temenos platform. The successful incumbent will be required to work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all aspects of business testing for the banking system upgrade run efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record working as a Test Manager on a similar project and be across all testing functions including UAT interface testing and regression testing. The successful incumbent will be a collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with the core banking system (Temenos), is highly desired and work experience within the banking and finance sector is similarly favoured.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all aspects of business testing for the banking system upgrade
  • Define the testing strategy
  • Coordinate business User Acceptance and Interface testing
  • Apply a quality assurance process
  • Regular reporting to Project Sponsor and Working Group
  • Post go live support

Key skills required include:

  • 7-10 years’ Test Lead/Manager Experience
  • Worked in a small team environment
  • Experience testing in a financial services of banking environment
  • Knowledge of the latest version of the Temenos banking platform
