Test Manager
12 month contract - Until end of August 2025
We're currently seeking an experienced Test Manager to join a team in Northern Brisbane on a contract basis. You will play a crucial role in the Information, Content and Records Solution and Correspondence Management Projects. This is your chance to be part of a transformative initiative that will enhance information management capabilities by delivering a contemporary Enterprise Content Management solution.
What You Will Do:
... - Develop, implement, and maintain a robust testing approach that aligns with project objectives.
- Work closely with business representatives, project team members, and implementation partners to ensure testing deliverables and objectives are met.
- Manage the entire testing lifecycle, including data migration, functional, and non-functional testing of the ECM solution.
- Monitor the defect lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication among technical teams.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and readiness of the ECM solution for implementation by evaluating test results and recommending next steps.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver comprehensive test strategies and reports.
- Demonstrated experience in working with implementation partners to manage the full test lifecycle.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools, performance testing, security testing, and test management software.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
