Your new role
You will take ownership of end to end contracts and tenders while providing exceptional service to all stakeholders.
Your key duties
- Coordinate the preparation of expressions of interest, tenders, proposals and presentation
- Cse various software and graphic design skills to produce covers, dividers and marketing collateral, coordinating text and images and managing internal and external printing and production resources.
- Work to strict deadlines in a busy tender environment.
- Prepare, format and integrate all required responses in expressions of interest, tenders, proposals, presentations and award submissions.
- Assist and support the Estimating Team with general administrative and tender submission duties as required.
- Carry out document control and associated administrative support for submissions.
- Create and update tender folders including filing and archiving (electronic and hard copy)
Your profile
- Recent proven, stable experience in a similar Submissions or tender administrator role will be well regarded
- Be extremely reliable and able to work full-time hours
- Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
- Sound skills in problem solving.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to add value as a part of a diverse and dedicated team.
