Randstad is a global leader in providing HR & Recruitment services across various industries and specialisations. Our commercial business support team are currently seeking immediately available receptionists for a number of current vacancies across Adelaide. Our clients requirements are varied which means you could be offered a 1 day assignment, a 6 month full time assignment and anything in between.

As the first point of contact for all customers and visitors, you will be responsible for;

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering phone calls and identifying where the call needs to be sent
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and prepared for meetings
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required

To be successful in securing these positions you will be engaging, personable and always willing to help. You will be corporately presented, have exceptional communication skills and have prior reception/administration experience.
