Job requirements:
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Customer service background - Financial services/banking highly regarded but not necessary
- A genuine desire to help customers and delivery exceptional service
- Ability to work in local branches - Swan Hill, Warrnanbool or Hamilton
About the role:
- Assisting customers with processing transactions
- Cash checks
- Handling withdrawals
- Being the first point of contact at the Branch
- Adhering to policies and procedures
- Cross selling bank products and services
- Resolving complaints and discrepancies
