The Parramatta team is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated Telephone Sales Representatives to join the team in delivering outstanding service and support to our client's valued and prospective members.
Role Overview:
- Telephone sales representative role within leading not-for-profit health fund
- 12 month assignment with view to go permanent
- ASAP Start
- Full time roles Monday to Friday on a rotating roster
- Hybrid flexibility once training is completed
- Competitive pay rate with bonus on top of salary for meeting KPI’s

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing members via telephone to promote the clients products and services.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Handle all inbound new member enquiries, membership applications
- Maintain accuracy of member information
- Using sales and service skills, and knowledge of company products and services, identify opportunities to; Sell to new prospective members, cross-sell health and life products, offer cover notes where applicable
- Achieve KPI’s and sales targets

Requirements
- Previous customer service experience within a call centre environment
- Previous sales experience either face to face or over the phone
- The ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
