As part of the Technical Operator role, you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and Team Lead.
Your role will have a focus on ensuring the production machine you are running is operating well and with minimal downtime. This will be a hands-on role, where you will be working as part of a team in a clean indoor environment.

Your role will have a focus on ensuring the production machine you are running is operating well and with minimal downtime. This will be a hands-on role, where you will be working as part of a team in a clean indoor environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the machines are operated efficiently and with minimal downtime
- Fault finding and troubleshooting when there are issues with the machines
- Assisting the maintenance team to resolve any issues as quickly as possible
- Working as part of a team and meeting KPIs
Benefits of the role:
- Working Monday - Friday, 7am starts and a site EA
- All training provided and wanting to build a long term career
- Day or Afternoon shifts available, with shift loading
About you:
- Experience with technical machine operating and maintenance of machine parts
- Experience within a GMP or HACCP environment a bonus
- Experience working with a CRM system to record tasks completed is ideal
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to fault find
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/ power tools
- Able to work as part of a team to complete tasks
