About the role:

In this role you will work as part of a team providing technical support by remote monitoring of the companies refrigeration and lighting systems.

You will prioritise incoming calls and manage workflow by working alongside the field based members ensuring a quick turnaround time to diagnose faults and organise repairs.

Responsibilities include;

  • Monitor and manage call flows
  • Prioritise work flow and allocation of jobs
  • Data entry
  • Stakeholder engagement

About you

You will be a highly professional and positive thinker who can act with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate a flair for building rapport with a wide range of stakeholders to manage effective working relationships and remain calm and organised at all times.
