Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Service and Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our clients' mechanical equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing top-quality customer support. Key Responsibilities:
- Service & Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems in a timely manner.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and client interactions.
- Compliance: Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance service delivery and personal expertise.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in servicing in the areas of laser alignment and condition monitoring are key
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency with mechanical systems, and excellent communication abilities.
- Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, industrial machinery) are a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
