    Technical Customer Relationship Manager

    The purpose of this role is specifically to focus on the ongoing relationships with the businesses customers. This customer focused role has been created to manage the relationships between the engineering functions and our WA customers, with the goals of ensuring that:

    • Our customer interests are managed and well represented internally..
    • Customer needs, both technically and commercially are met.
    • Further opportunities to engage with our customers are identified and actioned.

    This role will suit candidates with both technical/engineering skills and with customer management experience.

    Responsibilities of your new role;

      • Support customer contracts
      • Identify further opportunities for engagement with the customer
    • Become technically familiar with the product range in order to provide technical responses to questions and inquiries from the customer
    • Provide proposals for opportunities identified for existing customers
    • Create and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams


    A little bit about you;

    • Strong and effective communicator
    • Technical skills – ability to understand the operation of the products
    • Contract & Project Management skills
    • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
    • Engineering background preferred
    • Ideally you will be customer focused with strong relationship building ability
    • Ability to create formal documentation: e.g. tender and information request responses, quotations, work instructions, product documentation.
