Randstad Technologies are currently working with one of the favourite clients to find a Technical Records Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This well-established organisation that have a lean records management team and are looking for an additional team member to undertake the technical aspects of the TRIM Records Management System.

Responsibilities:

  • Information governance, including promoting sound cyber security practices and having a high standard of sensitivity regarding the records.
  • System Front End Administration of the TRIM system and its associated add-on applications. These activities include, but are not restricted to: business process analysis, configuration, data mapping, maintenance, access permissions, quality monitoring, reporting, activation of system functionality, Level 2 helpdesk support and liaising with various Information Technology support teams in regard to back-end system administration and integration activities.
  • Manage locations and system space allocations, and maintain the business classification scheme to ensure it remains relevant to the business needs
  • Create and maintain system configuration and administration process documentation, and document record migration events where records are imported into Content Manager (TRIM).
  • Stakeholder engagement skills working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Necessary Requirements:

  • A degree in records, information or knowledge management or relevant discipline with recent experience as an electronic document and records management system front end
  • A high level of understanding of records and information management legislation, standards, records retention and disposal schedules and applying this to the job.
  • Strong analysis and data mapping skills that includes undertaking research, data discovery, mapping of business processes and putting forward recommendations for improvements or solutions.
  • Experience with TRIM or similar Records Management Systems
