Our client is a highly recognised player in the Fin Services space undergoing a Call Centre Transformation Program

As part of this, they are currently also actively on the hunt for a well seasoned Technical Project Manager well experienced in Call Centre system transition Projects.

Key Skills and experience Required for the role include:

  • Min 8yrs Project Management experience
  • Strong Experience in Call Centre Migration or Transformation programs
  • Strong experience and/or Knowledge in:
    • Telco
    • Genesys
    • Integration of CRM systems
    • Omni channel integrations
  • Bhusiness Operational Side
    • Inbound/outbound
    • IVR
    • Dialler, WFM
  • Forecasting, Scheduling, Reporting
  • Relevant Certifications in Prince 2 or PMBOK

Previous experience working in High Pressure Delivery oriented environments is a must.
