Randstad are currently working with a very exciting client to find a Technical Manager - Data and Reporting for an initial 12 month contract based in Brisbane with WFH flexibility. The Technical Specialist for Data and Reporting is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the data reporting systems. This role is critical for ensuring that data is accurately captured, stored, processed, and made accessible for reporting and analysis purposes. The Specialist will ensure that the data solutions are robust and scalable to meet the needs of office staff and business intelligence stakeholders.

Work with business intelligence stakeholders to design and develop data models, databases, and data warehouses specific to enable deprecation of current systems and enablement of the system.
In consultation with the Migration Partner, implement processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources and support quality and reconciliation processes during rehearsals and go-live.
Work closely with staff to understand their data and reporting needs, translating them into technical specifications for business intelligence stakeholders ensuring a current state minimum and opportunities for enhancement.
Provide technical expertise in data management, ensuring the integrity and security of data within the system including supporting the Testing Partner to deliver quality non-functional test scripts and manage testing cycles.
Manage all technical aspects of data migration from legacy systems to the new admissions system with the Migration Partner and Integration Partner.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data performance, quality, and reporting.
Collaborate with IT security to ensure that data storage and processing comply with relevant regulations and privacy laws.
Contribute to the project across all technical activities such as integration, migration and testing efforts especially with respect to partner quality management as required.
