My client is a large Federal Government Agency and has a requirement for a Technical Business Analyst with a strong blend of functional and technical skills. This role is vital in ensuring business continuity in parallel with improving processes, technology and implementing legislative changes.

You will be an enthusiastic self starter with excellent communication and time management skills

Essential Requirements:

• Candidates must have Australian Citizenship
• Demonstrated strong understanding of technology and business systems (both strategic and operational).
• Demonstrated experience in business process improvement / re-engineering / design, system functional and non-function analysis experience
• Technical background and strong knowledge working in data analysis and data migration
• Strong understanding of API development
• Demonstrated experience in business requirements and systems analysis
• Demonstrated Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills with Microsoft Project
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Preparing requirements, specifications, process maps, and recommendation documents on the proposed future state, including details of the required changes to structures, processes, systems, data and metrics, using the latest business analysis tools, techniques and methodologies
• Undertaking process development activities, including human workflow and system process workflowStrong documentation and stakeholder management skills are mandatory
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant experience desirable
