job description

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the ecommerce team to ensure that business the proposition is optimised on the web to drive overall sales performance.
  • Looking at analytics to determine how to maximise website use.
  • Deliver standardised data, reporting and analysis and insights to the team and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist developing strategies to meet agreed objectives.
  • Coordinating with the ecommerce team to collect data.
  • Clear and regular reporting on various aspects of the website and campaign activities on a regular basis.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of data nuances and a key focus on quality.
  • Experience at a high level with MS Excel, SQL, Power BI and other database reporting tools.
  • Proven understanding of website metrics, data analysis, behavioural analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong reporting capabilities.
  • Experience with using Adobe Analytics/Omniture and Google Analytics is essential.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Close to public transport.
