Randstad Digital is on the hunt for a Technical Analyst with Data Migration experience to support the implementation of our Timetabling and Room Booking Software solution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Business Analyst and Solution Architect to ensure the successful technical delivery of the project. This role is initially an 11-month contract, with the view to extend past that point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Analysis & Design: Support the Design phase by facilitating workshops, creating design specifications, and developing the necessary integrations with the Azure Integration Platform and the new Scheduling and Room Booking product suite.
- System Testing & Quality Assurance: Create and execute system tests to ensure the solution meets quality standards, documenting outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and participate in the resolution of application and system integration issues to ensure smooth project progression.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prioritise requirements, features, and user stories, and effectively communicate these to stakeholders. Conduct walkthroughs to gain review and approval.
- Collaborative Relationships: Manage relationships with stakeholders and external technology vendors, ensuring collaborative development and implementation of necessary changes to ICT infrastructure.
- Cyber Security Compliance: Adhere to sound cybersecurity practices in compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and standards.
Necessary Skills & Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IT projects involving data migration and integration across large SaaS implementations, including delivery from third-party implementation partners and internal resources.
- Demonstrated experience conducting current and future state analysis, as well as information and data management analysis.
- Strong skills and experience in analysis, design, development, systems management, and maintenance of multi-user systems or applications.
- Highly developed skills in eliciting and documenting business and system requirements.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
