Your new role

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Support the management of workflow to ensure we deliver customer outcomes at the agreed service level
- Liaise with stakeholders- such as phone teams, branches, risk, fraud, and customers regarding their queries and
following up until acceptable resolution reached for all parties concerned/involved. Clear and effective communication where relevant (e.g., notes in our systems, emails etc) - Effectively handle, escalate and follow-up customer queries, issues, and complaints, using judgement to resolve
customer concerns on the spot - Pro-actively manage daily business activities by operating within set guidelines and governance
