Company Overview

Due to business growth we have multiple roles across superannuation administration within contributions, new business, account maintenance and payments working with one of the top four banks. Roles vary between 6-12 months contracts available immediately with the opportunity to go permanent. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in superannuation to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process contribution allocations
  • Assist with new member applications and general inquiries
  • Update and maintain member details
  • Process rollovers and payouts
  • Prepare basic reporting
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance
  • Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
  • Reduce cycle time by identifying document process improvement

Key Requirements

  • Previous superannuation administration experience will be highly regarded
  • Experience within financial services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
