The role

You will be working with forward-thinking and creative individuals and will act as an integral part of the sales team contributing to the ongoing expansion of the business. As a member of this team you will be:

  • Running daily huddles to inform and motivate your consultants
  • Responsible for ongoing coaching and performance management
  • Building capability through group sales focus sessions
  • Identifying talent whilst motivating and developing towards personal goals
  • Understanding performance metrics to identify opportunities for your team and the sales floor
  • Reporting to your Sales Manager on performance and daily operations

About you

This is a dedicated leadership role, with a 100% focus on culture, behavior and performance. You will be self-motivated, have a morale boosting attitude and a passion for helping those around you perform at their best.

To be successful in this role, you need to be people-focused and adaptable. You are also:

  • A leader with 2 years’ experience looking to grow within a fast-moving team and business
  • A quick thinker with the ability to be agile and responsive to your environment and team
  • Culture-focused with a desire to create a high performing environment
  • An experienced coach for behavior, performance and development
  • Accountable for your own performance and those around you
