This is an exciting opportunity to work with the older community within local government. Working with the regional captial of the south-east, the team leader home maintenance role requires:

  • Sound understanding of Australian Standard 1428, the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, OHS Standards 2017 and Disability Standards 2010.
  • Coordination and management of labour resourcing.
  • Maintain and promote effective client and stakeholder liaison.
  • Computer literate and ability to learn new software.
  • Demonstrated experience estimating, preparing quotes with the ability to summarise scope of works.
  • Investigating and resolving client complaints within established time.
  • Ability to lead and effectively supervise a team of staff.

The ideal team leader home maintenance must be qualified and has a working knowledge of current OH&S and environmental matters, excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and the community.
