Team Leader x 2 - Customer Assist (Collections) - Big Four Bank

Your new role
Support, lead and motivate the customer assist team with your knowledge and experience in collections, hardships, complaints management, escalations and stakeholder engagement. Contribute to the day-to-day operational management of the contact centre.

  • Lead, motivate and coach the Customer Assist team to deliver superior customer service & support
  • Develop a positive team environment and build effective relationships with business partners and across other teams within the business
  • Ensure team members are following protocol, policies and procedures, whilst also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement for team and business processes

Please Note: the team operates 6 days a week and between 8am-8pm most days.



Your skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience in escalated complaint management
  • Collections experience essential
  • > 12 months exp in contact centre leadership & coaching
  • Knowledge and application of compliance, legislative & legal requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
