Team Leader Call Centre

Full Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain valuable experience within a leading financial services company located in the heart of Adelaide. We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated team leader to join a collaborative, fun and successful team on a full time basis.

This is a great role to gain strong experience dealing with a variety of customers. With previous customer service experience and leading a team in a KPI driven enviroment, this will be a great chance for you to really drive your career and expand your skill set. Using your empathy, negotiation and of course customer service skills you will be able to help customers through a difficult time.

Our client is seeking a committed, enthusiastic and resilient individual to join on a full time roster starting on the 15th of Janurary for 40 hours per week:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

With one late shift per week 11am - 7pm


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the team
  • Create a positive culture
  • Coach, counsel, develop and motivate staff to achieve peformance targets
  • Conduct monthly one on one reviews with each team member
  • Encourage innovation and continous improvement within the team
  • Achieve set targets
  • Ensure you are providing exceptional customer service at all times whilst resolving disputes and handling objections

Skills & Experience

  • Managing a team in a Call centre, Retail or Customer Service enviroment essential
  • Will need to demonstrate willingness to learn and high motivation
  • Proven leadership in a KPI driven workplace
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • The desire to work within a fast pace environment
  • A want for a long term career in Financial Services
