About the role

Due to an exciting internal promotion, a newly created opportunity awaits you with the chance to engage with multiple stakeholders, learning about the different solutions offered from psychometric testing to work-cover compliance. You will be working alongside our Assessment team ensuring all data is recorded and coordinating with our providers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with assessment providers via email and phone
  • Computing data and providing quality assurance
  • Entering large volumes of data into Excel
  • compiling reports and templates

About you

You will be a team player who works well under pressure and holds an excellent eye for detail. You will enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and work with a high degree of accuracy at all times. A pro-active starter who can use their initiative and anticipate what is required each day whilst being able to provide strong administration support.

  • Ideally hold a psychology degree OR have an interest in psychometric testing and solutions
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills including; Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
