About the company

A rare opportunity has become available for a Personal Assistant/Team Assistant to support the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions (and his team of 4) of a leading international bank. About the role

This 9 month maternity leave contract role (20 hours per week) offers a pathway to success for the right person who is seeking their start to a rewarding career! The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional level of all-round support whilst demonstrating a proactive work ethic.

  • Diary, travel and & expense management for the Mergers & Acquisitions team
  • Effectively liaising and coordinating across the business locally and internationally
  • Administration of meetings, travel, events and functions for the business.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including preparation of documentation, correspondence, reports and presentations on behalf and for the MD.
  • Monitor office procedures and protocols including reception, facilities etc.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for a candidate who can display proven experience in a similar role and is able to adapt to the requirements of a fast-paced environment. The position requires expertise in managing a wide range of administrative and business support-related tasks and will suit a highly resourceful team player who thrives when working under pressure, is flexible, proactive and efficient. You will have demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities, a positive attitude along with the ability to use initiative, advanced MS office skills, sound communication skills and above all else, conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times matched with a friendly, can-do attitude.
