This well recognized international bank is seeking a highly organized and administrator to join them as a Team Assistant in Sydney. Based in the CBD you will assume the position of Team Assistant and be the right hand support to the CEO as well. This role will see you master a mixture of tasks including diary management, travel arrangements and ad hoc administrative duties. This role is ideal for those who have some experience in a support role, superior communication skills and are seeking a new challenge. It is a permanent role that also offers interesting job content, a work-life balance and stability. The best aspect of this role is that you can work autonomously and take full ownership of your position!

Based in Sydney CBD as a Team Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Directly supporting the CEO – including diary management and international and domestic travel
  • Efficient coordination of client meetings and events
  • Expense management
  • Liaising with overseas stakeholders as required
  • Attending to reception calls
  • Supporting the sales team and or other staff where required
  • Professionally and confidentially handle all bank information
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

You will have:

  • 1-2 years experience as a personal assistant or team assistant or alternatively some diary management and travel arrangement experience
  • Banking and financial services experience is ideal
  • Superior communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
  • High level of professionalism and etiquette
