Randstad are working with a reputable not for profit organisation with presence throughout Australia. Our client has a newly created and exciting opportunity for a diverse Office Manager to support the CEO and State Operations Manager, making this position their own.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Calendar and diary management
  • Travel booking
  • Preparing meeting rooms, meeting agendas and taking minutes
  • Answering general enquires via phone and email
  • Problem solving
  • Managing reception
  • Project assistance
  • Create, maintain and update client and administration files
  • Assist with company brand and website
  • Process incoming / outgoing mail
  • Manage incoming email receipt and distribution

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Passion for helping people
  • Have a strong commitment to work
  • Strong software skills-including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly-skilled in typing, writing, grammar and oral communication
  • Be a results focused individual with excellent professionalism and presentation
  • Punctual and reliable
