Your new company:
Well established and highly successful global security manufacturer located in the Rydalmere area is in need of an experienced, self motivated and committed Team Administrator to support a high performing leadership team.
Your new role:
You will be part of a dynamic and corporate leadership team across all critical areas of the business including Finance, HR, Communications, Projects etc. Key responsibilities will include;
- Assisting with calendar management for up to 5 Directors
- Inbox management, prioritising requests for financial approval
- Organising travel and accommodation bookings
- Assist leadership team with reports and presentations (visual layout etc.)
- Provide other administrative support as required
About you:
- Previous experience as an administration all-rounder, executive assistant, or personal assistant
- Have high attention to detail and be results focused
- Possess a highly proactive and go-getter attitude
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
