Teacher, Early Childhood, Chatswood – Early Childhood Teacher/Diploma or Certificate III Trained Educator

Full-time Educator, November start

Seeking a committed and energetic educator for this boutique centre in Artarmon. This is a 28 place centre, which offers RDOS and above award pay. to be a part of this team you must be able to work affectively in a small team and be looking to settle down in a centre.

Philosophy - follows a holistic approach, instilling in our children the life skills they need to grow into valuable members of the wider community.

The Centre:

  • Catering for 28 children 2 - 5 years
  • Small family friendly centre with very close ties with the community
  • Stimulating and supportive educational environment

The Role:

  • Join the team as an Early Childhood Teacher
  • Be part of holistic team of educators who are passionate about giving children the best start in life.
  • Work closely with the other staff to continue the excellent early education programme
  • Be willing to learn, be practical and hands on with your role

Essential for the role are the following:

  • Bachelor of Early Education or your Diploma in Children’s Services - approved by ACECQA
  • Experience in programming and planning
  • Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Be a team player
