Reporting to a HR Director, who has stepped up to the challenge to lead a team who will create the change needed to take this organisation to a new level of sophistication and innovation. We all know that change brings uncertainty and lots of challenges, and requires significant work of course, but if you can hold a vision in your mind, you could in the rear view mirror in two years time and say “ ‘Wow – I was a part of that, I truly made an impact’.

  • Capability to engage and implement, with a commercial approach

You will likely see yourself as creative, clever and strong communicator, having run previous talent functions, and able to demonstrate innovation, stakeholder engagement, implementation of technology and new delivery talent acquisition models to lead an organisation to success.
