Position Summary

Working within a broader TA team you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within this organisation. Supporting this team on a 5-month temp basis, the ideal start date is the week of the 26th so please consider this within your application.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to end recruitment including but not limited to:
    • Posting advertisements, screening candidates, shortlisting, offer some onboarding
  • Stakeholder and candidate management
  • Advising and influencing line managers in regards to the recruitment process

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of recruitment experience
    • Agency experience welcome, however, will need some level of internal TA experience
  • Ability to work independently within a tight-knit team
  • Ability to work on positions in multiple business verticals
