- System Design and Integration: Develop and design BESS architectures, including power electronics, control systems, and grid integration. Ensure seamless integration with existing energy systems.
- Project Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project requirements, create technical specifications, and support the development of innovative BESS solutions.
- Technical Analysis: Perform detailed engineering analysis to optimise BESS performance, including energy efficiency, system reliability, and lifecycle costs.
- Commissioning and Testing: Lead the commissioning, testing, and validation of BESS systems. Ensure all components meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement improvements for existing BESS installations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs and systems comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality requirement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing BESS or related energy storage solutions.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, energy storage technologies, and grid integration.
