As the Sustainability Manager you will facilitate energy and waste conservation and reduction across various buildings. The Sustainability Manager will identify and implement various options for saving energy, reducing waste and re-using waste. You will lead awareness programs and monitor energy and waste consumption.

The Sustainability Manager plays a vital role in the successful implementation of energy and waste conservation which is a key objective for this leading educational provider. They aim to substantially reduce their operating expenditure on energy consumption by a minimum of 5% on the 2018 expenditure every 12 months for an initial three year period.

This is a unique position created from organic growth within this division. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and work alongside likeminded individuals in a supportive and collaborative environment and you will have multiple resources at your disposal to assist you.

To be successful in this role you will have experience implementing energy and waste management plans for large organisations. You will be knowledgeable in the areas of waste management and enthusiastic in solving renewable energy issues. You will be capable of relaying complex information to key stakeholders and building strong relationships.
