Support coordinator – Help Desk – Digital Company – Sydney CBD

A Software Development house based in the Sydney CBD are searching for a Support Coordinator (Help Desk) to join their team in a permanent position.

This role with focus on providing Client and Customer Support on both help desk and disbursement follow-up queries. This requires daily monitoring and management of internal program support inboxes, as well as 3rd party call centres, using their varied online administration systems and intervening with direct Customer and Client contact to resolve escalations to resolution

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Daily monitoring and management of internal email support inboxes, plus 3rd party Call Centre Support
  • Direct Customer and Client contact to manage escalations
  • Using varied online administration systems to process claims and payment support
  • Liaising with internal and external services and suppliers to resolve queries.
  • Entering data and content using online CMS and Admin systems
  • Documenting enquiries follow-ups in a process-driven manner
  • General organizational and administrative office support

Required Skills & Education

  • Tertiary qualified, in either: Information Technology or Business/Commerce/Marketing
  • Experience gained in a customer service or support role, retail or service environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Call Centre, Online Systems (CMS, Support, Helpdesk) experience an advantage
  • Effective communicator and relationship builder
  • Experience of managing clients and customers with tact and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills – meticulous when working through issues
  • Logical, ordered and process driven
